PRODUCT GUARANTEE

EarSpy.eu guarantees proper workmanship and packaging of their products before shipping to customers. All the products of EarSpy.eu come with a lifetime guarantee on condition that the product has been used in the manner that it was designed for.

EarSpy.eu warrants that the device will perform to the specifications provided. EarSpy.eu does not warrant that the functions performed by the device will meet your requirements, or that the operation or use of the device will be entirely error free.

The guarantee will be void if the product has been damaged or rendered unusable due to wear and tear, negligence, physical damage, thermal, liquid or high voltage damage. Damaged products will be repaired and shipped back to the customer via regular air mail within the guarantee period. The client with bear all shipping charges. Non-guarantee repairs will require special payment terms to be arranged in writing by EarSpy.eu.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE

The EarSpy micro earpieces come with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE. The LIFETIME GUARANTEE includes the replacement of defective parts. The guarantee ONLY covers inherent product failure due to manufacturer’s defect. Any other cause of malfunction as the result of damages such as contact with thermal conditions, liquids or other corrosive substances or foreign matter, wear and tear or abusive treatment, will NOT be covered by the guarantee. 

DELIVERY

EarSpy.eu will do everything possible to secure the timely delivery of our products to our customers. However, we do not accept responsibility for any problems or delays in delivery that may occur as a result of postal, freight, or customs delays. Nor do we accept or bear any responsibility for any customs fee or other kind of payments or levies that the customer may be charged in their country when receiving any of our products.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

EarSpy.eu provides email support during business hours (GMT time zone) to assist with any questions or problems arising from the use of its products.

REFUND POLICY

EarSpy.eu does not refund money on any of its products available for purchase on this website.  Any defective products will be replaced as per our Product Guarantee and Lifetime Guarantee terms above.
