| A1: Yes, you can be completely confident that no one will know you are wearing the micro earpieces. The earpieces are completely “invisible” because they are skin colored and fit snugly inside the ear canal in the same way as you would put a small wad of cotton wool in your ear. |
| Q2: What precautions must I take before inserting the earpieces ? |
| A2: Clean your ears thoroughly with an ear bud before inserting the earpieces to make sure there is no residue of ear wax. This will ensure that your EarSpy earpiece will work properly and you are able to hear perfect sound. |
| Q3: Is there any medical hazard involved in wearing these micro earpieces ? |
A3: The EarSpy micro earpieces are absolutely safe to use. All you need to do is to follow these simple rules:
- Carefully insert the earpiece inside your ear (don’t let someone else do it as they can’t feel when it is properly inserted)
- Insert it with your finger. Do not use an instrument to push the earpiece into your ear canal.

| Q4: I am worried about extracting the earpieces – how difficult is it to remove an EarSpy earpiece? |
A4: It is actually extremely easy to remove the earpiece. The EarSpy earpiece employs a special hi-tech electromagnetic technology. This means that all the earpieces are magnetized, enabling them to magnetically “attract” each other. Simply hold a spare earpiece within 5 centimeters of your ear and it will automatically extract the earpiece you are wearing. This is one of the special features of an EarSpy earpiece – unlike many other products on the market.

| Q5: I am worried that I will be overheard when using the earpiece in the exam room – how sure can I be that no one will hear me? |
A5: First of all, EarSpy earpieces do not use audible sound but use hi-tech electromagnetic vibrations to emit sound directly to your ear drum. Furthermore, the EarSpy earpiece is worn inside your ear canal so cannot be heard from the outside. This means that no one standing further than 3 centimeters from your actual ear can hear anything. Even if someone is standing right next to you, they will not be able to hear a thing.
Furthermore, the EarSpy microphone is ultra sensitive to sound and will pick up even the softest whisper when you are talking.
Additionally, in circumstances where it is absolutely impossible to talk, even in a whisper, you also have the option of using the EarSpy beeper button to send yes or no tonal responses to your partner, by pressing the beeper once for yes, and twice for no for example.

| Q6: What about the quality of the sound of the EarSpy earpiece – is there any kind of static noise? |
| A6: Not at all. The sound emitted from the hi-tech micro EarSpy earpieces is absolutely clear and free of any static or other interference. You will hear every word said by your partner in crystal clear tones. A good idea, though, is to make sure you conceal your cell phone in a different pocket away from your EarSpy Control Board to ensure there is no interference. |

| A7: The volume output is 100-105 db (decibels). This means that it provides perfect and clear sound. |
| Q8: Can I change the sound volume to suit my needs? |
| A8: Yes. There is a sound volume control button on your EarSpy Control Board. It is a good idea to test and set the sound volume to your liking before using the EarSpy earpiece in an actual situation. That way you will be sure that the volume setting is to your liking and perfect for your conditions. |
| Q9: How do I know whether my cell phone will work with the EarSpy earpiece? |
A9: The EarSpy earpiece works with all Bluetooth® enabled cell phones and other Bluetooth® devices such as MP3 players, two-way radios etc. Check your cell phone’s documentation to find out whether it has Bluetooth capabilities.

A10: Bluetooth® is a wireless technology that allows Bluetooth® enabled devices to communicate with one another without being physically connected to each other by wires, cords etc. Your cell phone is paired with the EarSpy Control Board to enable it to communicate with your EarSpy earpiece. You will be given simple, yet detailed instructions on how to do this.
