You are independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in all of your actions related to your use of EarSpy’s products, regardless of the purpose of the use. In addition, you must adhere to the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy.

Prohibited Activities: You may not use EarSpy products for any activities that:

1. Violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.

2. Undertake or accomplish any unlawful purpose.

3. Encourage, promote, facilitate or engage in illegal or illicit activities.

4. Promote or engage in the financial exploitation of a crime.

5. Infringe on or violate any person’s privacy under the laws of any jurisdiction.

6. Participate in any act that involves a high likelihood of being fraudulent.

7. Violate applicable laws, rules by governing bodies or industry regulations.

8. Violate laws that involve gambling, gaming and/or any other activity with an entry fee and a prize, including, but not limited to casino games, sports betting, and other ventures that facilitate gambling and games of skill.
